HongShun electric actuator is a new product of HS series angle-electric implementing agencies. With its integration of intelligent controller to replace the original location transmitter and servo amplifier, it can accept 4mA-20mADC current signal and drive regulator to achieve automatic adjustment function of the process control system.

With scene LCD or digital display, clearly visualises the running situation and regulator opening. It′s scene operation panel  will make it possible that man-machine dialogue to adjust actuator and set parameters without opening the controller′s shell.

The output shaft in the itinerary limiting position has contact output for control system option. The other  functions of fault protection such as broken signal,  regulator get-stuck etc. , and also contact output at fault status.

HS electric actuator can be matched  with regulating bodies such as various corner valves, throttles, baffles. It is widely used in electricity, metallurgy, oil, chemicals, textiles, food, medicine and other production process conditioning control system

4-20mA analog control, passive contacts control(such as DO in DCS system) and switching of 220VAC control, these three control functions can be used  respectively as well as simutaneously.

The integration of  location transmitter controller and servo amplifier, with single-chip microprocessor for control components, can accept analog control.
